If your purchase is damaged and you want a replacement
Please inspect any damages upon arrival and contact me with 24hrs of receipt sales@amandadagg.com.
If the unlikely event your purchase is damaged you will need to return the item with the original packaging. so please keep all of the original packaging and authenticity certificates. I cannot accept prints/paintings back unless they are in their original packaging.
I will arrange a courier to pick up your re-packaged print/painting and will then email you with the details of when the pick-up will occur.
Note that our courier will make one attempt to pick up your package, after which it will be your responsibility and cost to return the package to my address.
If you have requested a refund, I will credit your original payment within 48hrs of confirmation of receiving your returned print/painting.
If you would like a replacement then I will ship you your new painting/print as soon as I have confirmed receipt of the original print. Or where you've requested an original painting up to 3 weeks for it to be painted.
Refunds
If you decide that your painting/print is not for you for any reason, then simply email us at sales@amandadagg.com with your order number stating that you would like to return your painting/print for a full refund and we will arrange for a courier to pick up your order. Please note you will need to return the print/painting with the original packaging. so please keep all of the original packaging and authenticity certificates.

hand it to your courier or affix it to the side of your package. Note that
